There is no coincidence that as Cobb County continues to be one of the fastest growing in the country, our Mableton Carpet Cleaning practice continues to expand as well. Being in the right place at the right time is one small part of our formula to success. The largest part of our success is our training and experience. Since we work on commission and not by the hour, it is our best interests to earn our work by performance. The word on the street is that hourly employees are not as motivated as those that are on commission. To add additional motivation, small business owners only have their service to go by. If they do a poor job they are not invited back. Our entire business strategy is to earn your repeat business each and every visit.

Part of our success has not only been building an excellent reputation within the Mableton Carpet Cleaning community. Our reputation has spread from other non-competing small business owners. An example of this has been our relationship with Amazon Cleaning. Even though they are a residential maid service and do not offer carpet cleaning service, they contacted us in late 2008. Since so many of their customers were requesting carpet cleaning, they had to find a service they could trust to handle this demand. Now, almost one year later, we have successfully cleaned for over 100 of their customers without a single complaint. This relationship is one small example of how small businesses are bonding together to survive during a down economy.

Another example of teamwork is sharing intellectual property with other companies. An example of this is marketing and organization. Since our Mableton Carpet Cleaning company does not compete with Amazon Cleaning, we are able to share information on how to help our businesses operate as efficiently as possible. The end result is we are able to save time by not having to reinvent the wheel. Another benefit is we are able to save money in research and development. Instead, we focus on one area of operations and climb to the top of the ladder. Then other companies barter for that information by sharing their strengths with us. We have always felt that a healthy business transaction allows for all sides to win. A win-win scenario is how we stay in business and keep our customers happy. As the economy begins to warm up, watch for us at Carpet Force to still continue the information barter system to stay on the cutting edge of efficient business operations.
