The door is always open for feedback, we want to know what our valuable Buckhead Carpet Cleaning customers are thinking.  For that reason, we invite you to email us anytime at carpetforce@gmail.com.  Write us anonymously if you have to but please let us know any improvements that we can make.  The single most important part of our business is making certain we are always on the mark. We learned a long time ago that paying attention to what our customers want is the best and most source of market research.

A true mark of a professional is the willingness to accept criticism. A novice will be defensive and take it personal. A professional will look at adversity as a chance to improve for the long term. By taking the silver lining in clouds of doubt, a negative experience can be turned into a learning and therefore profitable endeavor. This is the only way we know how to look at our negative experiences. In addition, our positive experiences are examined as well. If it isn’t broken, why fix it, right? For that reason we reinforce positive behaviors in our employees and politely explain how improvements can be made.

If there is one area we are not shy about, it is our process and how critical it is for our survival. For that reason, each of our highly trained Buckhead Carpet Cleaning professionals are made aware the day we bring them into the company, if you can’t take criticism, this is the wrong place for you. Simply put, we pay the most but we demand the best. That means an open and professional attitude for their performance. The number one term is accountability with us. If you create the problem, you are responsible for it, period. If we make a mistake that inconveniences our customer, by definition, that is not service and the customer needs to be compensated for it. That is the way we have been doing business for over 20 years now and it isn’t going to chance, no matter how many technological advancements we incorporate into our company.

So with that in mind, please add to this blog any areas we are doing well and what items we can do to improve. Do you have anything you wish to add? Even anonymous feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us grow.
