This is the only way we know how to look at our negative experiences. In addition, our positive experiences are examined as well. If it isn’t broken, why fix it, right? For that reason we reinforce positive behaviors in our employees and politely explain how improvements can be made.

If there is one area we are not shy about, it is our process and how critical it is for our survival.
